The staff here is amazingly helpful and were accommodating to getting us private transportation to the floating market and our next destination. Plenty of massage/spas, convenience stores, restaurants, and a mall within walking distance. The breakfast is great, get there at 0900 or earlier because it gets pretty hectic after that. Has a bar that opens up at 5 pm, drink and snacks in lobby, a gym, and a pool. Kitchen staff made us a special breakfast for us and the kids wanted it everyday. Kid friendly hotel. Great place to stay.

During my visit, my family member fell ill, and I was understandably concerned. I want to appreciate the staff in the breakfast department, who went above and beyond to assist me. They provided a convenient solution that made it easier for me to care for my family while ensuring we had our meals without any hassle. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the lobby staff, particularly the security personnel, who kindly helped me change my restaurant reservation when I was running late. Their willingness to accommodate my needs was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. I also want to highlight the excellent work of the housekeeping staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable, which greatly contributed to our overall experience. The lobby staff were also very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It is clear that Hyatt place is a hotel that prioritizes human kindness and customer care. Every staff member I encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my well-being and that of my family. This level of service made a significant difference in our experience.

The hotel is very nice, in a good location. Metro is 2 min walk, but yet it’s very quiet. All of the staff is real professionals, have nothing to complain about except for coffee at the breakfast. Second time we are staying here and for the second time the coffee at the breakfast is just horrible. I would highly recommend to change your coffee supplier. I’m sure the Hyatt management can find some decent coffee and not too expensive because Thailand produces one of the most amazing coffee in the whole world.
