I recently stayed at Hyatt Bodh Gaya with my family, including my 2-year-old child. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what one expects from a brand like Hyatt. A very basic requirement—screen mirroring or casting from iOS devices to the in-room TV—was not available. The setup was compatible only with Android devices. Does the hotel expect only Android mobile users to be its guests? This became a real issue, especially with a toddler who needs screen time during meals. Despite raising the concern multiple times, no alternate solution or support was provided. What truly worsened the experience was the complete absence of leadership. The General Manager was unavailable throughout our 5-day stay, and Mr. Pritesh Kumar, the Operations Manager, showed a clear lack of intent in servicing guests. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Rather than helping resolve the issue, his rude and dismissive attitude made the situation more frustrating. That said, I do want to acknowledge the efforts of Ankit, Kaif, and Shivam at the café. Their warmth, attentiveness, and service stood out and brought some relief to an otherwise disappointing experience. They were a bright spot in our stay and deserve appreciation for their professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the overall experience did not reflect the standards one associates with the Hyatt name
