A Perfect Holiday Base with Impeccable Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Goa! While the hotel is not sprawling, it’s absolutely perfect for a relaxed holiday with friends — especially when you’re out exploring most of the day and just want a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to come back to. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service — every staff member we interacted with was courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From early check-ins to local recommendations, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. The vibe is calm and cheerful, making it an ideal base to explore Goa. Would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a neat, no-fuss hotel with 5-star hospitality! Can’t wait to be back!

I stayed for three days during monsoons. We reached the hotel before check-in time, but they were kind enough to give us a room (note that is as per availability and we also agreed for a different room since we really wanted to rest). The staff is really polite and service is also good. The room was clean, we only had breakfast- but that was also amazing. I did read a review where a customer complained of flies (since doors are opened frequently) and now we could see that was taken care of as well - goes to show they do act on feedback! Location is very convenient and overall ambience and vibe is very welcoming. Would love to book again! PS - they also have a deal on beer buckets! :)

The hotel was decent, but it did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property, especially under the Hyatt brand. The breakfast spread was quite limited and not particularly impressive. While the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, the overall property felt dated and in need of renovation. On a positive note, the service was prompt and courteous, which helped improve the overall experience.
