Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Hotel

We stayed here for two nights with my friends, and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, Mr. Ayman the MOD at the reception welcomed us warmly and assisted with the check-in process. It was quick and smooth which we really appreciated after hours of waiting. He was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home right away. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the pool, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It was definitely worth it, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and family. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a late birthday celebration for my husband. The place is so nice and everyone was so accommodating. We were assisted by Ms. Anastasia from reception area, she was very sweet and knowledgeable, she also upgraded our room. I am looking forward to come back here anytime soon.

We stayed at Hyatt Place Al Rigga for 9 nights and it was our second stay. The staff of the hotel was very helpful, especially the receptionist Illyas, he helped us out a lot and the other staff was also very kind and helpful. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. We would love to come again.
