We went there as family. It was a great experience 10 on 10 in everything whether it is cleanliness, quick service, lovely staff, guards, breakfast service was also very good especially the staff Mr. Baljeet Singh and Mr. Nomi had so lovely and friendly behaviour. Understand the true feelings of all the visitors. Makes our trip very enjoyable and memorable.
GETTING WORSE EVERYTIME!! Our third time visiting here and maybe the last time even if it is cheaper than newrby hotels. Seriously, you frontline staff / receptionists need customer service training specifically going extra mile with patients - not smiling, not greeting, they keep on talking to each other whenever I pass by. Requested for 1 hour late check out but refused even before checking. They said fully booked but still available in booking.com. Breakfast is common nothing special. The only good service we noticed from Porters, the rest it was below average. Will never coming back. Better soend a little cash on better hotels like Jumeirah Rotana or Crowne Plaza.
We previously stayed at Hyatt Place Jumeirah Residences for over 6 months in 2020–2021, and it was one of the best long-term hotel experiences we’ve had. That’s exactly why we came back this year for another 31-night stay, this time with our two young children (ages 3 and 1). Unfortunately, this return has been nothing short of miserable. We were placed in an apartment on floor 1, directly above Club Luna, a nightclub that now operates from the ground floor of the same building. The main entrance to the club sits directly below our bedroom window. Every single night, from 10 PM until nearly 4 AM, we’re subjected to deafening bass that literally shakes the apartment. And just when the music fades, the chaos outside continues. The noise from clubgoers, including screaming, shouting, honking cars, and arguments right outside our window, continues until after 6 AM. We’ve been woken up 4–5 times a night nearly every night, and our children—who need restful sleep—have been constantly disturbed. The soundproofing is virtually nonexistent; it genuinely sounds like people are having conversations from inside our bedroom. We raised this issue within the first couple days of arrival and were shocked to be told that “no one has ever complained about the noise before.” That response felt more like an attempt to dismiss our concerns than address them. We were offered a room change—but only if we could confirm and move within an hour because of pending check-ins. That is not a practical solution for a family of four who are settled in for a month-long stay. We followed up repeatedly—at least 4–5 times—and each time were met with vague responses and no real resolution. No follow-up, no consideration, no accountability. To add to the frustration, we also requested to remove breakfast from our package, as the food quality is no longer anything like it was during our previous stay. While the breakfast staff have remained kind and professional, the actual spread is disappointing and far from the standard we remembered. We were told that someone from management would reach out to us about adjusting the rate. It’s now been over 2.5 weeks, and no one ever contacted us—and we only have a few days left in our stay. We returned to Hyatt Place Jumeirah Residences because we trusted the brand and had positive memories from before. This time, we’ve experienced sleepless nights, a complete lack of peace, ignored concerns, and a management team unwilling or unable to help. The property has clearly changed, and not for the better. Unless Hyatt either removes the nightclub or soundproofs the rooms directly above it, and unless the staff and management begin responding to long-term guests with care and urgency, we cannot recommend this property to anyone—especially families or long-stay travelers. All videos were taken outside our bedroom window in the same night, between 2:37 am and 3:13 am.
