This was our third stay in a year and we loved it as usual. Staff is really courteous and provides good customer service. Esha at reception is very professional, super prompt and warm. Shreya during breakfast time was really prompt and super efficient making us feel comfortable. Would surely stay here again during our Haridwar visit
