Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall

We had a wonderful experience staying here with my family. The hotel is directly connected to Paradigm Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient – we didn’t even need to step outside! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile and even assisted with an early check-in. It made us feel right at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely designed, with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well-maintained and peaceful. Overall, this hotel ticks all the boxes: great location, warm hospitality, and clean comfortable rooms. Highly recommended, especially for families or anyone planning a short getaway in JB!

Nice, spacious room. Love the big sofa and spacious workspace. Its also great that the TV comes with movie channels setting it apart from other similar hotels. Breakfast is great too like the fresh orange juice on offer and meatballs in brown sauce.

Pool was supposed to open at 8 am but was still closed for cleaning; staff said he arrived late, and we waited over 20 minutes with my child, delaying our breakfast and plans for the day. Appalled that no one oversees this and ensures that it opens at 8am. Definitely not a 4 star standard hotel. Found used socks at the back of a shelf upon arrival. Poor housekeeping. Toilet lid was loose and needed repair. Hope management can improve punctuality, cleanliness, and maintenance. Offered a late check out by the hotel as a compensation but we had to catch our train back home. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only thing good out of this hotel is the attached mall.
