Hyatt Place LAX El Segundo

Last weekend I had the privilege of attending a birth worker workshop that took place at Hyatt Place El Segundo. Amazing experience that was only amplified by the great service we received from the hotel. To start off, our room (third floor 2 queen + sofa) was wonderful. I brought disinfectant wipes to give it an extra cleaning like I always do when staying at hotels but it was super clean. Didn’t get anything else out. The bedding and mattress were so incredibly comfortable. The room was nice and cool. Taking a nap during our lunch break was heaven. The staff were quick to help, accommodated the couple requests we had which was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of options was great. I will definitely be staying here again and telling everyone about the great option near LAX

Overnight stay… I spent the day on the hotel grounds. I didn’t need to leave. Joe is the best, helpful and a great smile!! Elena, Nick, Ashly, and Hector are all so nice, helpful, and professional. Nick was so attentive and kind♥️The food in the restaurant was delicious! The espresso Martini bomb! Breakfast was great! The best breakfast ever at a hotel!!! I met Chef and is a very nice man! Room clean and hotel clean and great amenities! Had a great time here! I will be back!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Los Angeles/LAX/El Segundo for two nights. Overall, it was a functional and basic stay that served its purpose, but it wasn't without its issues. The included breakfast was a definite plus. While it wasn't anything spectacular, it was a solid and convenient option to have, especially considering the hotel's location. It saved us time and money in the mornings. The biggest drawback of our stay was the air conditioning unit in the room. It was incredibly noisy, to the point where we couldn't sleep with it on. We had to turn it off completely both nights because the loudness was so disruptive. The airport shuttle service is available, which is great, but it requires a good amount of planning to use effectively. It's not as simple as just showing up, so be sure to coordinate with the hotel well in advance.
