Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park

I did not stay at the hotel, instead I went with friends to enjoy the breakfast buffet. We booked using First Plate, so it was half price, which was great. However you would still be happy if you had to pay full price. The food was delicious and they had a great range of breakfast fare, both savoury and sweet. There was also a range of juices, sparkling water on tap and hot drinks. The staff were attentive and extremely friendly. The customer service was faultless. They do other meals, however I can only speak about the breakfast as I haven't tried the others, yet. Definitely worth a visit.

We stayed on a Saturday Night for a mini-getaway, and were very impressed! The hotel is modern, with everything you need, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious... the corner lounge is superb! I expected more noise from Eastlink, but barely heard a thing, and it was on of the best nights of sleep I've had in months! The staff are also superb and kept us well looked after.

Incredible Experience at Hyatt Place Hotel! We stayed at Hyatt Place Caribbean Park with our family while attending the state basketball championships, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional – every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was spotless, with a strong focus on cleanliness and comfort. Dining options were fantastic, offering something for everyone in the family, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was ideal for the tournament, and the hotel itself is clearly very well managed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was absolutely lovely – approachable, kind, and clearly passionate about delivering a great guest experience. This hotel runs like clockwork thanks to an incredible team and leadership. We felt truly looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to families, especially those travelling for sporting events. We’ll definitely return!
