This is a business hotel, not for leisure and served great for what I needed. Bus 39 or 43 go to the train station or it is a 20 minute quiet walk and then a 40 minute RER into paris travelling through some sketchy areas, but that's northen paris, it is crap. Room, very poor. It smelt of sewage in the bathroom (i had two rooms during my stay and both had horrid smells), constantly damp due to no extraction fan and as a result paint falling from ceiling. Stains on sofa, stains on fresh sheets, dirty walls, light fitting and socket hanging off (reported and nothing done). I stayed for 11 nights and can say that the rooms are not soundproof (I needed ear plugs to sleep). Service was really friendly from reception and restaurant staff. Food from the restaurant was really good, a little expensive but I wasn't paying 😀 WIFI good Breakfast had a good selection Coffee was of poor quality. Aeroville mall (very nice one) is 10 minutes away and the supermarket there has everything you need if you wanted to cook in your room. Would I stay here again? For work, yes and would be more demanding of a better room if it was poor standard. For a base for the airport, maybe!! It is really close to the airport and if the RER has an issue from Central paris you really are screwed, at least there's a bus service which runs from area.

Comically bad. The only way to survive is to turn each disappointment into another joke. So… The location is really inconvenient. It’s a cab ride from the metro and the shuttle is a van, that requires booking and 5 euro per person. Which is as expensive as an Uber for a family, and the “shuttle” doesn’t go to terminal 2. Everywhere needs work… there’s stains, rips, and broken things all over. The rooms smell like wet cheese… the hallways smell of smoke. In the room, you’ve got a pull out bed… but to open in, you have to move the side tables across the room. There were no sheets for the pullout, the espresso machine is just for looks (they don’t give you pods, just dehydrated espresso packets), and the lobby sells wildly overpriced food items. I stayed to bank another Hyatt Qualifying night. But really regret it. Half the staff was friendly, the other was unhelpful and annoyed. Pass.

Unfortunately, this was one of my most disappointing experiences at a Hyatt property. While I truly appreciate the staff’s courteous attitude and their efforts to offer alternative rooms in response to each issue, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. One room had a faulty lock, another had an unpleasant odor, and yet another had a drainage problem in the sink — the list just kept growing. Constantly changing rooms is not a viable solution.
