Hyatt Place Rouen

A wonderful stay with just a minor note We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and were impressed by many aspects: the elegant and well-maintained rooms, the excellent location, and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. One small point to mention: while most of the staff were friendly and professional, there were occasional moments where the service felt a bit reserved or less attentive. However, this did not significantly affect our overall impression, as the positive aspects of our stay clearly outweighed this. All in all, a great hotel that we would happily return to — with just a little room for improvement in guest engagement.

Really nice and new hotel, very spacious and in great old buildings. Rooms very nice, high ceilings. Spa has a pool but that's more like a big bathtub. Nice sun decks on different levels. Food good and fair priced. Charging spots in the parking garage, you need to activate the charger via the hotel reception. Paid 7 euro for 3 hrs. So about 30kw which is not too bad. City center is a 30 min walk down, so beware of the return trip.

I loved my stay at the Rouen Hyatt. It was a very quiet tranquil setting. Very peaceful unfortunately also very badly cleaned. The vaccuumcleaner still needs introduction there. There is literally dust everywhere. Not nice to sleep in this dust. Considering the price of a room and I rented out two for three days. Much improvement there to be done. As for the service at the bar, breakfast and reception I am very charmed from these young people trying to make it all work out for everybody. The descent from the hill to the town is manageable and pleasant when weather is good. Too bad you need to climb back up. I am happy to choose this hotel and we enjoyed our stay but hygiene in the rooms please improve.
