Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD

I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place CBD Suzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for both rest and work. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated after a long trip. One of the best things is the location; it's conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to find food and do a bit of shopping. The only downside was the language barrier — some of the staff couldn’t speak English well, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were friendly and tried their best to assist. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Suzhou CBD area.

What can i say about this hotel..... met all expectations without a single comment. Price is cheap to be a Hyatt, location is quiet and the room is large with a nice bathroom. I did not get breakfast.... but for what I paid, its worth, absolutely.

I stayed here before and had very good memories, but I was very disappointed this time. They put me and my 2 year old next to a bunch of smokers. We constantly got woken up by cigarette smoke in the middle of night. For a 4-5 star hotel, this is not acceptable. Also the room is not sound proof at all. We constantly hear people yelling on the hallway after midnight. Again, for a 4-5 star hotel, this is very disappointing. Overall we were disappointed this time especially they also charged extra for breakfast which was offered free last time of stay.
