Location is very central for dongmen/ 老街 area. Overall service is good. Breakfast buffet is varied, a slightly better quality compared to other hotels throughout my trip, and changes daily. Love their coffee (smooth robust coffee bean) and tea. Only drawback is that the is slight fishy smell to the bedrooms. This is my second time staying at the same hotel and the issue is still there. Nothing that a bit of room airing and a few spritz of air freshener can’t fix. The housekeeping staff should incorporate this into their daily routine. Some sleuthing later… we came to the conclusion the smell is perhaps coming from a fish restaurant on the 5th floor?
Hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenience near the MRT exit and shopping and food are around. However the breakfast places are rather small to serve. No staffs are doing checking and control Hence can see everyday got guess are looking for seat for breakfast.
The location is very good. The staff are friendly! The breakfast is quite good, but it does repeat after awhile. The room is showing it's age. There are holes and dirt spots in the carpet.
