Hyatt Place Vadodara

I recently stayed at and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect — close to major attractions and public transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities including a comfy bed, clean linens, and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough each day. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of continental and local dishes. The rooftop pool and lounge area were a nice bonus, especially for relaxing in the evenings.

Absolutely enjoyed our time at Hyatt. Hospitality top notch. Special mention for the lovely smile staff all over the property. Chef Shantanu seved us lovely menu and Samim made sure we ate well with personal attention. To mention it is difficult to find good tea in hotels but Purshottam ji made sure we savoured it with it's lovely taste. Staff Badal, Tanveer, Manish and Mosibul made sure we had a very comfortable experience. Thanx a lot for making our stay lovely... looking forward for visiting more Hyatt properties. Rooms: Absolutely clean and hygienic with on time room service. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The service at the hotel was highly disappointing. Nothing was delivered on time, and there was a complete lack of responsiveness. I slipped and fell due to a wet floor with no warning signage, which is a serious safety concern. After checkout, I had to wait over 45 minutes for my bags to be brought down. To add to this, the food served had a piece of plastic in it, and the drink had a bug — both completely unacceptable. This is far from the standard of service one expects from a Hyatt property. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience.
