Hyatt Place Vijayawada

We had a good stay. The place was warm and inviting. Special thanks to Pamela for a seamless check-in and exceptional service, especially to our children. Her jovial attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. She's a valuable asset to the institution. We thank her for her exceptional character!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place. While the room and food were acceptable, the overall experience was let down by poor service. The staff were inattentive and not welcoming, which made check-in and other interactions quite frustrating. A major hygiene issue was the towels — they were stinky, visibly old, and had color stains or marks on them. For a hotel of this brand and pricing, this is simply not acceptable. I expected better standards in both service and cleanliness. Hope the management addresses these issues seriously, as the brand reputation deserves better upkeep.

Given its an international brand and having been to their UK and US locations had some minimum expectations. The rooms and ambience were very good. The food tasted good. The biggest let down was definitely service. Right from front desk to room service there is a lot more to be desired. Even after raising issues with the front desk on the first night of stay nothing changed. Simple coffee order in the morning took 45 minutes to deliver. Asked from extra towels which never came.. finally at checkout there were 3 people busy discussing cash rather than attending the customer.. if you want brand and ambience yes this is good.. but service and value for money please look elsewhere..
