Hyatt Place West London Hayes

Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!

The Hyatt Place West London, was a little disappointing. Even though there’s free parking a walk away from the hotel customers could benefit from free hotel parking too. Especially as their are a few characters who pop up at night. The great thing about the hotel were the spacious rooms, the gym & a nice area to relax or have drinks at the bar. Even though the rooms are spacious I found the room I stayed in smelt of the sewers & I was a little underwhelmed by the upkeep of the room. It looked like it needed more tender love and care in places. Not to mention I wasn’t comfortable walking on the carpet, as it felt a little unclean in places. The views from the window weren’t the best but the size of the window itself was impressive and a nice touch to room. Although! The sound of anyone in the room next door opening their blinds was enough to wake me up on occasion. The last thing I found to be a real nuisance was the “Let’s Reschedule” door sign hung up outside constantly ignored. Followed by persistent knocking & hotel maids still trying to enter the room when you’re trying to rest. So inconvenient. This hotel wasn’t for me but I can see why many people would book to stay there.

Rooms modern and big with good amenities. I was on the side facing London and the flight path into Heathrow. Amazing views and was able to get a great night's sleep as rooms are very quiet. The Hotel really lets itself down with dinner and breakfast. Dinner service was abysmal. Waited over 50 minutes, then had to chase the staff. The dining room wasn't busy at all either. A gentleman was seated, served, and ate his dinner all in the time it took our group to get starters. Considering it was just us and him in the dining room this is not the best to say the very least! Breakfast over cooked but luckily there is a collection of cereal and toast to enjoy as hot food I would avoid. I would recommend this hotel only if you're not eating there and are just looking for a place to lay your head. We had no choice, as we were travelling for business.
