Hyatt Place Yantai Development Zone

A fantastic stay at Hyatt Place in Yantai. A new, clean hotel, very well run, everything works. Staff pleasant and very welcoming, especially those at the front desk. The hotel shop sells great local apples. Good solid breakfast, mainly Chinese, you can also get eggs or omlets. The staff charming and do they best to be helpful. The hotel is in the suburbs but you can get to downtown for a fiver. A helpful arrangement - you can check in your luggage and get a boarding pass at Hyatt, they have an office of Yantai Airport here. A really nice stay - thanks very much!

Spacious room, comfort and quiet. But housekeeping doesn’t clean the room well, on the floor and sofa has a lot of hairs from previous guest, and also forgot to reset the alarm in the room which woke me up at 6:00AM. Still, It’s a nice place to choose if you have some business to do in this area.

Upon requesting four bottles of water, I was only provided with two. And there’s three of us. When inquiring about the restaurant’s current status, I was informed that the staff was unable to provide an answer. I will need to personally verify the restaurant’s operating hours. Room service requires significant improvement.
