⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hyatt Zurich Airport is the perfect hotel for a layover or even a short stay in Zurich. It’s just a 6-minute easy walk to the terminal. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of fresh options. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place Zurich Airport several times, and it’s always a pleasure. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is fantastic — not just convenient for the airport but also peaceful, with a lovely park right out the back. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. On a recent stay, I encountered a stressful situation when an important parcel was unexpectedly returned to the hotel while I was no longer there to receive it. I reached out in a bit of a panic, and the team’s response was simply exceptional. They replied promptly and kindly to my emails, took ownership of the issue, and handled everything efficiently and professionally. I was so grateful — it’s rare to find such proactive, thoughtful support. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — not just for the great rooms and location, but for the people who go above and beyond. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

Convenient hotel if you have an early flight. The room was really nice, spacious comfortable. Great bed, i liked they have a topper, not common. Very good pillows. The only things to improve for a 5 stars would be bigger towels for the shower and a fixed shower rain. The hotel has a nice lobby with restaurant and place to work or relax with family or friends.
