Incredible Fabulous rooms, incredible service, we felt like we were the only guests. Rooms are big, perfect pillows and bedding Most helpful staff I have encountered in Kuwait so far. Breakfast is magnificent, we also opted for the seafood bugkffet on Thursday evening, incredible selection and great service. Pool is amazing, situated on the roof with an amazing view of the marina and bay.
Staying at the Hyatt Regency, I booked a same day deep tissue massage. Staff was very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The massage itself was the best I've had. I filled out the form but it wasn't necessary as they found all the tight areas and worked them out in one session.
Great service. Great location 👌 Connected to the mall. Easy access to grocery shopping. The breakfast buffet is a great addition that meets the need of everyone 😋
