Absolutely Exceptional – My Go-To Hotel in Guadalajara! I just returned home to Los Angeles after a short stay at the Hyatt Regency Andares, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The hotel arranged a smooth and professional airport pickup, which set the tone for the entire stay. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant design, welcoming staff, and the sense of calm throughout the property. My room was immaculate, quiet, and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches. I was on the 10th floor and city lights from the huge windows were panoramic. The bed and pillows ~~ super comfortable. Every meal I had—r in the hotel’s restaurants was delicious and beautifully presented. The food is genuinely outstanding. Hyatt must hire Master Chefs ! The Andares location is perfect—safe, upscale, and with easy access to shopping and restaurants. But honestly, the hotel itself is such a retreat, you may not want to leave the premises. This is now my go-to hotel for all future visits to Guadalajara. The Hyatt Regency Andares is a true gem. ★★★★★ FIVE STARS ★★★★★
Great hotel for business trips. Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. Daily service was impeccable. Friendly people all around d. breakfast was delicious - among the best I ever had during business trips. Location is great. Near great restaurants and shops. Overall great experience
For the cost of paying for this place I could have booked a whole apartment via Air BNB. I would not recommend this hotel. Extremely noisy from the bars downstairs, they altered my room from a king to a queen double without any upgrades, and the shower door would not close causing a huge mess. The only benefit is the close proximity to Andares. But again for the price you can find a way nicer and quieter Air BNB. Probably the worst stay I’ve had in Mexico so far. Thank god I took my noise canceling headphones, the walls are paper thin.
