Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort

The room I had was with beach view. The view was stunning from sunrise to sunset. The room was spacious with nice furniture. The only inconvenience was the Air-con in the bedroom and all around the resort facilities. The breakfast buffet was great with so many food options. The resort is family friendly but it needs security guards in each building.

As a Muslim family in a Muslim country and place with many Muslim people and woman who wear the hijab we found no swimsuits for hijabi women in and out of Ayla and Hyatt which was ridiculous for a Muslim country we also talked to many people that said aylas / hayatt has a concept of not selling modest swimsuits and not wanting Muslim people in the place so the Americans and Europians and etc ..don’t get upset or report the people that are wearing modest clothes which was extremely offensive since the Christians and other religion’s should be the one wearing modest clothing since it’s a Muslim country if the place doesn’t respect their religion then who will? Over all the place was good but I just hope they do somthing with it

The 2 things that should really change and take into consideration is the breakfast buffet area being too small for the amount of people, I literally bump into too many people while putting food. Another thing is the pool in front of the beach, it has a bar therefore the pool should be for 18+. Why would you let kids inside this pool? This is the first time I have ever seen this thing. Kids should not be allowed in there as it is very crowded and not quiet relaxing for an adult ! Anyways the stay was very nice but not the best hotel in Aqaba in my opinion for couples.
