Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

Really nice hotel, staff were really nice and helpful needs more workers at the front desk, we had a studio suite on the 8th floor and it was really nice. Pool small but we all had a good time with the DJ and the bar. Hotel is in good location in the middle of everywhere we walked to our restaurant and went shopping. Only thing about the hotel is that the windows in the room needs to be cleaned.

This may have been a 4-star hotel in its day, but that day looks to have passed sometime during the Clinton administration. I don’t know that I would even consider it a particularly solid 3-star hotel today. The service and location were nice, but the rooms were outdated and not well kept. Strictly speaking, the rooms are equipped with A/C, just don’t expect it to make any difference in the actual temperature of the room.

I came here for a work conference and I have to pump (breast pump), I asked for a late check out so I could do so in my room and was told it’s an added charge. While that’s understandable I asked if there was some place I could go to pump in private and was told that there wasn’t a place and everything else is pretty public. Just want to warn any moms coming out here either you’ll need to pay to stay a bit longer in your room or pump publicly. While legally they have to provide a space to pump for their employees not sure what the policy looks like for guests, either way not great service. They did freeze my ice packs though so I guess small win.
