Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and well-managed. Pros: ✅ Friendly and attentive staff – Service is top-notch and consistent. ✅ Excellent location – Conveniently close to nightlife spots, BTS station, and shopping areas. ✅ Spacious rooms – Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Whether you’re heading out for sightseeing or business, the location is a major plus. Bonus: there are multiple 7-Elevens within walking distance, perfect for late-night snacks or quick essentials. ❄️ Room & Comfort The rooms are on the smaller side, which might be a downside for some, but the air-conditioning is wonderfully cool—especially welcome in the heat. If space is a concern, you can upgrade to a larger room for an additional 3,000 baht per night. The upgraded rooms offer a noticeable improvement in comfort. 💁‍♂️ Service This is where the hotel truly shines. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, responding instantly to requests and making you feel genuinely welcomed. Overall services are good, except 1-2 waitresses (breakfast section) are impolite and impatient. Rest are very good including the cook, helpful and pleasant We ordered food to eat in the hotel room and as we ordered too much, we couldn’t finish and decided save it for tmr, we checked if the hotel could reheat it the next day for us, they offered keep it and reheat for us. We were so impressed as we originally planned to put in the room’s mini fridge. The next day, they reheated for us and delivered to our room like we ordered room services food The cocktail section is good, breakfast one is good too but as I stayed for 5 days, a bit boring as the food is almost the same. Location is good, very close to Nana station
