Hyatt Regency Bethesda

This hotel is extremely convenient, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. But what truly sets it apart is the outstanding staff. During a previous stay, we had a bit of trouble finding parking. This time, they not only remembered, but went above and beyond by offering us complimentary valet parking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We were genuinely impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The team made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived. Because of their exceptional service, we won’t stay anywhere else but this Hyatt. Highly recommended!

We was coming from an event in the conference room and the staff was telling us we were to loud when we were asking questions about food , Besides that we was racially profiled when asking about room service from Morton steak house due the food being horrible. The HYATT employee said Morton’s is very expensive you have money for that, which contributed to my dissatisfaction. When our organizer Wanda Alexander tried to accommodate us the police were called, and told that she was trespassing keep in mind we all had rooms. I am very upset and will never go there again.

I did a bus trip through Soul Nation snd stay at this hotel and I was treated poorly and discriminated against by the night staff worker Rassia Maka. We where in my suite lounging around and talking about the trip anf how horrible the hotel and service was. He called the cops and they threatened to have me removed from the premises. He never called my room or sent security to alert me that it was even an issue. The security guard Zina South lied to the police and stated she came to the room and we disguarded her but when I asked her she stated SHE NEVER CAME TO THE ROOM. She also lied and alined her self with Rassia Maka negative agenda. While sitting at the desk he also stated to another person staying here that "HE WANTS THESE BLACK PEOPLE OUT!!". All while sitting at the desk with no shoes. He also was caught sleeping in the picture. This was the worst experience of my life. This hotel has no professionalism and I would not recommend this hotel to a dog. I would never stay here again.
