Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent — we especially loved the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and never too crowded. It was the perfect way to unwind or start the day feeling refreshed. The buffet breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, this hotel couldn’t be better. It's perfectly situated for tourists looking to see the city's top sights by day and dive into the vibrant nightlife in the evening. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely be recommending it to friends and family. A truly memorable stay!
While this is certainly a solid hotel option, I’m not entirely convinced it delivers a true five-star experience. The best thing about the property is its convenient city centre location, which makes it an easy base for getting around. We stayed for a week and, while the staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was solid, several details fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category. The minibar was never restocked throughout our stay, including basics like milk and tea, and it took a few minutes for hot water to come through in the shower. Small things, but noticeable when paying for a premium experience. Overall, while comfortable, nothing about the stay particularly stood out to justify the official five-star rating or the higher price point.
Central spot with good rooms. Restaurant downstairs is handy but expensive, however you have a plethora of options outside. Staff are lovely and helpful. I was travelling for work so it is good for a stay like this.
