Hyatt Regency Cape Town

This is an exceptional hotel. It has a great location close to stores and good restaurants. The included breakfast is terrific with a wide assortment of items, both hot and cold. The people are very friendly and helpful. My brother wanted a Cape of Good Hope t-shirt and the concierge arranged to have someone who was going down to the Cape pick one up. I will always stay here when I visit Cape Town again.

I had a wonderful stay here on my last night in Cape Town. What truly stood out was the warmth, friendliness, and genuine helpfulness of the staff - from reception to concierge to the waiting staff. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. They didn’t just provide excellent service, but also offered helpful safety tips and tour recommendations, which made me feel both supported and at ease throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with a super comfortable king-sized bed. Breakfast had good variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. Apologies for not remembering names but thank you to the amazing team at Hyatt Regency Cape Town for making my visit so memorable!

Memorable for the excellent friendly service I received throughout my stay particularly at the front desk. Rooms are decent if a little outdated (the TV gets poor reception) but good bathroom facilities. Breakfast staff were very good- restaurant staff at dinner were a bit slow and forgot to ask basic follow up questions but again everything was done with a smile and positive attitude. I enjoyed my stay!
