One of My Favorite Hyatt Stays! As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by sir thank you for being world of Hyatt Discoverist member. I absolutely love staying at Hyatt properties, and the Hyatt Regency Casablanca has quickly become one of my favorites. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Everyone — from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with beautiful design touches and a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was comfortable, spotless, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast options and enjoyed going to lounge for happy hours. Pastries were so delicious. A big thank you to the hotel management for maintaining such a high standard of service. It’s always a pleasure to stay at a Hyatt, but this one truly stands out. Looking forward to my next visit!

We arrived late to the hotel due to luggage delays. The hotel was nice and luxurious. We wished we were able to have enjoyed the amenities of the hotel, we had to leave for our tour early the next day. We had a late dinner at the Moroccan restaurant within the hotel, which was open until 1 am with live music, so that was a nice welcome to Morocco.

This is the worst Hyatt experience I’ve ever had (I’m a member of World of Hyatt loyalty program). I travel a lot for business and personal, so I can compare with both luxury and mid price hotels around the world. Main value of the hotel for me is a comfortable and clean room. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but that would be not a problem, if it would be clean and tidy. The room was terribly dirty and further within my 4 day stay was not properly cleaned even once (just towels change and making the bed). I attach the pictures of hairs in bathroom and dirt (excrements, not mine though, as I just checked in) in the toilet…). Haven’t seen such low cleaning room service quite for a long time (since my scholarship, when I stayed in shitty hostel). Even elevators are not being cleaned regularly. Shame on you, Hyatt. I have to highlight that the staff in the lobby and restaurant were very friendly. And the food for breakfast and dinner was tasty. Maybe one day Hyatt team will establish a proper control over the quality and standards. Maybe not (
