Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun! The morning buffet at the Market Cafe was a highlight, featuring a delicious array of options. A special thanks to Amy Liu for her exceptional service, ensuring our picky toddler enjoyed tasty pastries and fresh fruit each day. Highly recommend!
The best hotel in the beautiful city, Especially Margaret who checked me in, she introduced the hotel facilities and included benefits to me in detail, she was very friendly, the room was spacious, bright, clean and hygienic, in short, it made me feel very comfortable.
The view from the room is nice. Just don’t get the room facing east side. The morning sun will shine in and make the room warm and uncomfortable. The services from the staff are good, but nothing remarkable. The market cafe’s dinner buffet is not value for money. Food variety is not much. The wine bottles are not properly cooled, and left in the open. Taste bad too. Prawns are not fresh, and pizza hard. The steaks are not nice also, and so are the hot dishes.
