Shayne is a wonderful manager! We had such a lovely time. She made our entire stay so perfect! The staff was amazing. So friendly. David at the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. My only suggestion would be to allow some form of adult swim time. The children were still in the pool at 10 pm, and it left no time for me to exercise before bed. I am disabled and the pool is the safest place for me to walk and stretch. Also I want to say that Brian and the valet parking guys are great and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and will return!
The front office personnel were awesome! Unfortunately, that is the only positive vibe I have on this visit. The rooms are mediocre. I requested a walk in shower due to really bad knees...I got a tub. I utilized valet parking. I was advised to call in 15 minutes prior to departure. The first day, I called in 15 minutes early, and still waited out in the heat for 20 additional minutes for my vehicle, making me late for my dinner meeting. The next morning, my peer took both of our tickets to have the vehicles ready. They brought one car around, but put the other set of keys back in the cabinet, and forgot about us. This time, they made us late for an important 0800 meeting. Very awful visit
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service during my current stay. My family and I prepaid for a 6-night stay, expecting a comfortable and well-equipped experience in line with the Hyatt brand reputation. We have stayed her multiple times without issue but this time is lacking. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that have significantly impacted our stay: • There was no hand soap in our room upon arrival, which I had to request separately. • During a visit to the hotel pool, we found that there were no towels available. We asked for some, but they were never provided. • After returning to our room, we realized there were no bath towels at all. When my husband went to request them at the front desk, he was told there were none available, and we were given hand towels to shower with instead. Our family has to shower and dry off with HAND TOWELS. These basic amenities should be standard for any guest, let alone for a family staying multiple nights. I understand that occasional shortages happen, but this level of unpreparedness and lack of follow-up is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. I’m hoping you’ll take these concerns seriously and would appreciate any consideration or compensation for the inconvenience we’ve experienced so far. We are super disappointed.
