Hyatt Regency Dallas

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It had a really cool design. The 2 queen bed room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable so we slept great every night. We stayed in a city view room and the view was even better than we expected, especially in the evening. The food was good, which made it easy to grab a bite without having to leave. Overall, everything was just easy and relaxing. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is the best bed I have ever had in a hotel. I travel a lot, so I know whereof I speak. It’s nice. That being said, the building is showing its age. There was hair around the shower and strange stains on the ceiling. Overall I think the halls could stand to be vacuumed. I would stay here again, if for no other reason than the beds.

Huge thank you to the front office manager, Leo Alvarez, for making our staycation with the kids extra special. He got us set up with early check-in and late check out, a room with an amazing view, and went above and beyond by gifting us passes to go up into reunion tower. The hotel was beautiful and very well cared for. We will definitely be back!
