Check-in was a little weird because the kiosk wasn't working for the person ahead of me, but someone contacted the onsite employee and he opened the lobby after hours. Kiosk lobby was very hot while waiting. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and recently renovated, with lpv flooring, but only one side of the bed had a nightstand. Overall we had a pleasant night.

Stayed here cause of the location, sometimes you expect a person or business to have a bad day. Welp this place has had more than one should. My first stay I dealt with this, and leaking water from the ceiling, which was very traumatic seeing how we left our home cause the ceiling fell in... Due to an untreated water issue. The second time I stayed here, wee hours in the morning police show up to my door to ask if I or someone in my room called the police... 🤔👀 Sir no it's 4am please leave, cause if it took these people damn near an hour for ME to check into my room, However you are here at 4am knocking??? Yeah no.....they didn't even know what room they were dispatched to. Both times the window screens were compromised, in lower level rooms. This does cause a little scare cause the property does have cameras but by the time someone gets to you, you could be shredded. So eh it could be better for sure. A lot better .. a lot lot better. Start with the housekeeping team too. Cause mold never looks good.

I've traveled extensively. Even the dingiest, dirtiest, roach-infested places will make sure you at least get checked in. This place raised the bar for hotel nightmares, however. A metal garage door over your reception desk at 5:10pm? Extremely weird. A kiosk. Fine, weird, but fine, if it worked. But it didn't. And from here, the staff was off-putting enough to run even the weariest of travelers off. My suspicion is, that this is intentional, and honestly, after reading the other reviews, probably for the best. Although, you could just tell me its an hourly hotel, no need to be rude. I guess you shouldn't book a stay at the hotel whose social media manager thinks answering reviews with backhanded snark is appropriate business communication. You're WELCOME for the 1 star review!
