Hyatt Regency Deerfield

The Hyatt has a great location and offers wonderful amenities. Visited the area for business and stayed at the Hyatt for two nights. There is a nice little bar and restaurant located within the hotel that stayed pretty busy. It's convenient if you're traveling or working in the North shore area. I'm not a frequent Hyatt customer, but I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff to be inviting and the room to be adequately accommodating. Furnishings are above par when compared to other business hotels. I'd recommend the Hyatt if you're traveling in this area.

Well Sam was so helpful and professional. He remembered my husband from the other trips he visited. He went out of his way to make sure our trip was great. We will come back. The room was OK. The breakfast was typical and I enjoyed it. The only thing I would change is to have a roll out bed.

I decided to stay at this hotel despite the mixed reviews. The hotel lobby is really nice! The walls leading to the rooms are very outdated but the room itself was spacious and modern! I stayed in a double bed + sofa bed corner room. There were lots of lamps around the room but it was still kind of dim. My tub was slow to drain. I was in town for 2 different events and didn’t have time to alert any one of this. The customer service wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. If this wasn’t so far from the city, I’d stay here again.
