Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport Adjacent to Terminal C

Stayed here after a missed connecting flight, and it was a fantastic experience! The entire staff was exceptional, going above and beyond. A HUGE thank you to Rogelio, who went out of his way to ensure our family made our morning flight—truly a lifesaver! Highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service and convenient location!

The rooms are very large and clean. The bed and pillows were great. The hotel itself is nice and the price represents that. It is at the airport but unfortunately, with current airport construction getting the shuttle after a flight is almost not worth the convenience. You will also hear construction from the hotel during the day. At night it was quiet. Keep that in mind when you book esp paying top dollar. If your flight arrived at terminal a. You sometimes have to go all the way off the airport and back around in airport traffic just to get to the hotel. I would recommend taking the sky train to terminal c or d where the hotel is near and getting the shuttle there. Otherwise you are going to have to walk all the way to the end of the terminal a, wait 15 min for a shuttle even when you call and then a 15 min shuttle ride. Taking the shuttle back to the airport was not an issue, just time it right.

I used to stay at this hotel all of the time and it was great and close to the airport. One of the perks was that it had a washer and dryer and since I travel a lot that came in handy. Over the last two months I have stayed there several times and the washers and dryers have not been working. TWO MONTHS they have been broken and no one is doing anything about it. They should at the very least take it off their list of amenities until they decide to fix the issue.
