Beautiful location. Such a stress reliever. Staff and services are excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. We have not opted for buffet dinner yet they allowed us to take anything for kids. Their food was too yummy. Vishal sir left no stone unturned to make kids comfortable . They really made us feel special. Also concept of hotel theatre was excellent. We really enjoyed it. There is always different vibe in resort from surroundings. Most imp. Kids loved the play area and it was something which helped us to enjoy our time. Mam there look after our kids really well. Thanks to whole team Suggestion - There should be some food discount for in house guests, as prices of food and rooms are really high .
Our stay at the Hyatt had its moments, but overall, it fell short of the extraordinary experience we had anticipated — especially given the brand reputation and the picturesque location. The hotel enjoys a charming, peaceful setting and the staff is courteous and helpful, making check-ins and general interactions pleasant. However, there was an intangible element missing — that special touch of hospitality we’ve experienced at properties like Taj or Oberoi. While I’m not one to compare, nothing during our stay truly stood out, aside from the excellent service at the restaurant and bar. The team there deserves special mention for their warm service, flavorful dinner, and creative signature cocktails. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. Despite the extensive spread — which included a mix of North and South Indian options, as well as health-focused items like quinoa pancakes and beetroot dosas — the dishes lacked depth and flavor. There wasn’t a single item that stood out or felt memorable. With such variety, you'd expect at least one star dish to shine, but everything felt underwhelming. My suggestion: instead of going overboard with options, focus on quality, bold flavors, and perhaps add a rotating local highlight each morning to give guests something to look forward to. Another area that needs attention is the swimming pool. It didn’t feel particularly hygienic or inviting — a bit of a letdown for those expecting a relaxing dip. A clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained pool is a basic expectation for any luxury property, and here it missed the mark. That said, the stay was peaceful, and we appreciated the day activities like nature walks which added a nice touch of serenity. But for Hyatt to truly position this as a luxurious destination, there’s still some work to be done — particularly in elevating the culinary experience, pool upkeep, and creating more standout moments throughout the guest journey.
