I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences in Healthcare City. The apartments are incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with stunning views of the city. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, making it feel like a home away from home — perfect for longer stays or those who prefer to cook. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting the healthcare district, and the overall service and hospitality were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, space, and great amenities in Dubai.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel – it was quiet, relaxing, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. However, there was one experience that unfortunately left a negative impression. Upon check-in, I encountered a staff member named Suad at the front desk. Unfortunately, she was not welcoming at all. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and quite dismissive. When I handed her my ID, she abruptly demanded the second ID in an impolite manner. She also told me the room wasn’t ready and asked me to wait for 15 minutes, even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes. What really bothered me was that shortly after, another guest arrived and was checked in immediately by the same staff member. She explained everything to him in detail — the breakfast timing, restaurant locations, and hotel facilities — while I was left waiting with no information or assistance. It was very clear that the room was ready all along, but I was made to wait unnecessarily, which felt disrespectful. I believe such behavior is not suitable for someone working at the front desk and can affect the guest’s overall experience. Aside from that, everything else was truly amazing, and I hope to visit again — hopefully with a better welcome next time

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay. I have a severe allergy to feathers, and I clearly included this in the notes when booking the room. I also mentioned that this stay was in celebration of my 11th wedding anniversary and that I needed an extra bed for my children. Unfortunately, none of these important details were acknowledged. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find that the bedding contained feathers, which immediately put my health at serious risk. This was not only negligent but life-threatening, as feather allergies can lead to severe reactions. It was incredibly distressing and completely unacceptable that such a clear and critical request was ignored. I will be filing an official consumer complaint, as this level of disregard for a guest’s medical condition is dangerous and must not be taken lightly. Accommodations should be a safe space — not one where a person’s life is put at risk due to careless oversight.
