Hyatt Regency Dushanbe

During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency, I had an outstanding experience — made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mansur and Farrukh. From the moment I arrived, both Mansur and Farrukh went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing helpful local recommendations, or simply making sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay, they consistently delivered a level of service that reflects the highest standards of the Hyatt brand. It’s rare to come across hotel staff who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but who also genuinely care about the guest experience. Mansur and Farrukh made a lasting impression, and I want to personally thank them for their kindness, courtesy, and dedication. Thanks to their efforts, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. I look forward to returning — and I hope to see them again on my next visit.

Service is good, staff is good and all of them are speaking English. Breakfast is the same but various. Location is far from grocery, shopping malls and other places for tourists, but so quiet if like such places. Indoor swimming pool is good from 1.2 to 156 cm deep.Sauna is good and free.

Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 star! Its far from 5 star service. The hotel needs complete rebuild, rooms are very small and smelling cigarettes, lights are not working properly, telephone doesn’t work,Bathrooms don’t have water hose, mirrors are rusty and broken. They charged me for water refilling and services are super slow. Receptionist are careless and not bothered to fix their mistakes. Wifi is slow. Rooms are dirty and if you call for any service they reply arrogant. They seem far from world standards.
