Feel impressive with their excellent services! I used Hyatt reward to redeem regular room with club access. I got upgraded with my status. This is my Best redemption value ever. I love all the staffs there, especially mrs Victoria Yu, she is so kind and lovely! Her English skill is so good. The room was spacious, walking closet, wide bathrooms and it looks very spacious. The breakfast buffet is amazing! It has live seafood and you can chose to cook for your. I love the real fresh fruit juice. It is delicious I hadn’t seem any hotel breakfast better than here. Great value for excellent quality! Must try!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The concierge is lacking of courtesy and has no manner. When the temperature outside is over 100 degree, the hotel does not even turn on the AC in the lobby. The location is also far from downtown. Worst of the worst.
