Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. If you're looking for a beautiful resort to go to relax, rest, and unplug? This is hands down the place to go. We first came here 3 yrs ago for my daughter's high school graduation trip, and have been every summer since. The rooms are gorgeous, the pools and swim up bars are spectacular. And located right off the ocean-gives beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants on property with amazing food. Jeremy at Water's Edge restaurant always went out of his way to make sure our dining experiences were always top notch. He is definitely an asset to your company. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation getaway. We will for sure be back next summer. Everyone is so welcoming at the property and on the island. Thank you, Hyatt, for the amazing vacations!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 months. The location is about 30 minutes away from the airport but worth the drive. Its set back in a peninsula which allows the beach area to be wave free and very beautiful. The property itself is in a private community with check in and security which adds a level of comfort. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food is good. Room service was on time and very polite. I will have to say that if your room is located in one of their building further away from the lobby, you may have to wait a while for a golf cart to come and get you. Bell boys and valet are amazing and always attentive. Make sure you bring cash for tips and also no place at this hotel takes cash, everything is either credit card or charged to your room which can be a little inconvenient. Otherwise, this is a very fine hotel with all the amenities one could want.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Puerto Rico! The views were absolutely stunning, the pool was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the beach—just a five-minute walk from our room—made it incredibly easy to enjoy daily with our baby. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the shuttle service made getting to the lobby, our room, or the car effortless. Carlos provided excellent customer service and made our arrival truly incredible by giving us fantastic restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The continental breakfast is worth every dollar, with a large variety of options to start the day off perfectly! While we were hoping for scheduled daytime activities (like Aqua aerobics, pool games, etc) and evening entertainment for adults and families, most activities were geared toward children. The lack of evening entertainment was our biggest disappointment, and we hope the resort considers adding shows in the future to give guests more options after sunset. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, though a few toiletries weren’t restocked automatically, so we had to ask. Gratuity is added automatically to every purchase, and food and drinks were generally pricey, so be sure to check the fine print when booking to avoid surprises. The property itself is spacious, relaxing, and filled with charming spots to unwind. There are also great restaurants just a short drive away, making a rental car essential if you want to explore the island. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with so much to enjoy—and with a few small improvements, it could easily become a five-star experience!
