Hyatt Regency Greenwich

I booked this room for a staycation because it was very “cheap” via points. It’s a short drive to Greenwich Avenue which has all sorts of shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful. The check-in was easy. The room was clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were both so comfy I didn’t want to check out. The Townsend bar located in the lobby/atrium area was a great escape. After a glass of wine here we decided to cancel our dinner plans and end up having a bottle of wine and apps in the hotel atrium instead. Great ambiance with a the fountain splashing, the natural lighting from the glass ceiling, and a little hustle and bustle on the outskirts with people checking in and walking around. For an affordable staycation it was top notch and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Hello, I stayed on a corporate stay. It was an emergency booking because my apartment flooded. Everyone that I met there, all of the staff were wonderful. I want to give special mention about Ms. McDonald, she was top notch in terms of customer service and professionalism. It is difficult to be at your best working for such high class clientele. I feel that everyone from the GM to housekeeping works really hard to make sure that the experience is not just pleasant but extraordinary. I definitely think that the staff do a great job given the demands on them.

Beautiful space, the rooms are spacious, the lobby is stunning, staff is friendly and willing to help. Had an overall great experience! I shot the getting ready photos from a wedding here and there were so many great photo spots! Only thing not to love- breakfast only served from the cafe and its frozen sandwiches that are just heated up. Not super filling and very plain + very pricey.
