Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

I have visited so many big brand hotels, but in terms of luxury all are far behind Hyatt. Service especially the room service has a scope of improvement as staff appeared lazy in refilling water. There is a club with select access serving all types of liquor and non alcoholic beverages with decent spread. The swimming pool is big, neat, clean and always on the sides are lifeguards. There is a separate swimming pool for toddlers. The breakfast serving section is beautiful,well designed and spread comprises almost everything which we imagine for breakfast. Service at live counters is fast and smooth. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms and interiors are state of the art and experience cannot be described.

Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the overall ambiance in the rooms was quiet and restful. The staff stood out for their warm hospitality—front desk and restaurant teams were polite, professional, and always ready to help, making the check‑in and dining experiences seamless. Dining at the hotel was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes in the buffet and a satisfying breakfast spread, though a few items felt fairly standard. The pool and spa areas were relaxing and clean, and the wellness facilities were well maintained. Overall, Hyatt Regency Manesar is a great choice for business travelers or anyone looking for a serene getaway. With its courteous staff, clean rooms, and peaceful environment, it offers a reliable and comfortable four‑star experience.

Rooms are great, very spacious. Bathrooms are big too . With all the modern facilities and amenities. Highly recommended for rooms. Banquet hall is massive. Can't say about restaurant as didn't got chance to dine in.
