My stay lasted one night only. The lobby is lavishly and beautifully designed, which you can see when you enter the hotel. The room they gave me was ok in size and clean in every corner. And the bed was comfortable enough to have a good rest in a soundproof room. I had access to the lounge, which is adjacent to the hotel's restaurant. I spent some time there and had a few snacks and drinks. I can’t say anything about the breakfast as I left too early in the morning. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
I stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable – a solid 10! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh fruits, healthy food options, and a great selection of natural, diverse juices. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
We stayed here three times, but it will be our last time. The hotel is just barely fulfilling the criteria of a Hyatt Regency and a luxury hotel in general. A few things that we didn’t like and are better elsewhere: - Rooms are not ideal with bad views, an uncomfortable bed, loud air conditioning and dusty spots. Sound insulation is nonexistent. - Service is minimal, with just one restaurant and a non-existent „market“ in the lobby. Room service is extremely overpriced. - Despite the gym advertised as being open 24/7, it’s closed after 11pm and it looks like it hasn’t been maintained in decades. - Some of the staff have an attitude and make you feel unwelcome - They sent an email before arrival asking for any special wishes, then didn’t follow up on a very simple request of mine. Why did I even bother to fill out the form? I didn’t sleep too well and felt like the 250€+ per night were not worth it at all. Of all the Hyatt hotels I have stayed at, this is probably the worst.
