Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Hill Country! From start to finish, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing, and the entire property was clean and full of great amenities. I valeted my vehicle, and Sam M. helped me retrieve it when I was ready, he was friendly, fast, and even loaded my luggage for me, which I really appreciated. The room was beautiful and felt fresh and clean. The A/C worked perfectly, which made all the difference in this Texas heat and humidity! Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend this resort to friends and family.

When we arrived Samuel helped us right away to get our bags to the room, he brought us water and explained different parts of the resort. He was very welcoming and professional. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. They helped to get us checked in and explained different details about our stay. The resort is clean and beautiful. Our room is also clean and beautiful. We are very pleased.

This place is a perfect getaway and a nice birthday gift for someone special. A guest experience manager named Katie made sure me and my partner were comfortable for his birthday! The room had a special treat for his surprise and the spa was lovely! You guys need to try the steakhouse! The host was so kind even though we didn’t make a reservation, she gave us the best seat in the house and we were given the best service by our server Matthew. Matthew we love you!!! The food was phenomenal 10/10 We are definitely going to be regulars. Till next time Hyatt!
