Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin epitomizes both Hyatt's world-class service standards and Hong Kong's sophistication. The facilities are modern and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious with everything I need. Staff go out of their way to help guests, yet they know when to disappear to give each guest maximum privacy. I love the Florist and Bakery. Don't miss their famous honey cake! Transportation is extremely convenient because the hotel is connected to a major bus and train station. Restaurants in and near the hotel are top-notch with countless choices of Western and Eastern cuisines. This hotel's proximity to the Chinese University of Hong Kong brings an aura of academia to every guest. What a treat! Moreover, there are a lot of hiking trails leading to spectacular views of the nearby mountains, rivers, and seas. I will definitely visit Hong Kong and stay at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin again and again!

Great rooms, facilities, and staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The views were amazing. The food in the hotel was good, although the buffet was slightly worse than the normal restaurant. The only thing we were really disappointed by was the food from room service. We ordered pasta carbonara and it was as if they threw water on pasta with cheese and very dry bacon. It was definitely not worth what it cost. Despite this, the hotel is super nice and it even has a small bakery and flower shop inside.

We recently stayed one night early May. The rooms are spacious, but it is showing its age. The lounge can use a rejuvenation project, food and beverage items were meh. The only real nice thing is the outdoor pool.
