Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria

WOW! From check in to check out we were treated like royalty. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and filled with so much politeness and courtesy. Our room was high above the Houston traffic and noise and was a delight to look out the windows at a city, bustling below, and yet feel cozy and comfortable in our well appointed hotel room. I love cozy robes in a hotel and the Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria did not disappoint. Clearly the staff is happy due to good management. The goodness comes from the top and trickles down to the breakfast staff who kept our coffee cups filled, to the attentive bartender who remembered who drank what. This is a high class hotel and Hyatt should be proud to have it in its portfolio. The bathroom amenities were spot on and the thick, plump thirsty towels were lovely. Future trips to Houston will be finding me in the Hyatt Regency Houston/ Galleria. Thank you so much.

Celebrated our anniversary here and staff was really welcoming and friendly. Provided us a room upgrade at a good price as well as complimentary champagne and dessert. Would return and recommend ! ADDENDUM: forgot to mention that GLADYS at the front desk was so friendly and went out her way to make our stay more pleasant. She deserves recognition for her great hospitality!

The hotel is in a great area and is very nice for the most part. The sliding door for the bathroom needed to be fixed in my room and there was a hole in the wall within the shower stall. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Valet is quick and efficient. I love that you have to have a key to use the elevators and the bell service is quick as well. The room was cleaned daily by room service and all towels and toiletries were restocked daily as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling to Houston.
