Hyatt Regency Irvine

I love the service here it's Second To None it's awesome. The pool is great everything is great... they have meals cooked to order from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00. Fabulous Ballroom space I highly recommend whether you're holding an event or just wanting a relaxing stay at a hotel this is a first class Hotel! the only thing I would change is add a closet door and a few more pull-out drawers so there's a wee bit more storage space -- in the rooms!

I just stayed three nights at the Hyatt Regency and have the pleasure of saying I've never experienced such phenomenal hospitality and service. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were amazing, and the event I went off without a hitch. The MVP for sure were the staff. There was a woman at the front desk named Makala Rhodes who totally took care of my roommate and I. She switched our rooms up when she needed it, sent up some spare supplies for the party we attended, and all around was attentive and friendly. Every time I went up to talk to her, she was always making everyone laugh with her wit and good humor, yet always was professional and attentive. I completely endorse this hotel, and hope all of you experience such high-quality respite.

We went to the hotel for the Jack Canfield's conference and were impressed at the service and the professionalism exhibited by the staff. Valet parking is fast, friendly and courteous. We especially want to call out Daniel who works as a valet. He was polite, positive, gave us a great smile and the best service every time we checked our car in and out. I can't recommend the hotel enough for their staff's exceptional customer service.
