Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy

What a wonderful experience. We are a family of three, I booked the Hyatt Regency in Ataköy to a bit scape from the crowded Istanbul center, as a matter of a fact the hotel is far from all the most important tourist attractions specially if you would depend on public transportation. On the other hand if you have a car or are able to get a taxi to the nearest bus station you shouldn't have any issues. The hotel customer service was extremely well prepared, very attentive to the details, just a small unfortunate issue, I had asked three times for sleepers, and I didn't get it, but that was definitely compensate from the customer service at the pool. What an amazing time we had it there. Everyone was so attentive and let me tell you... I was genuinely surprised about the two girls at the pool ( I forgot their names 😔) that passed by offering to clean our glasses and sunglasses... Nice touch...... We had an amazing time at the pool. The room was spacious with a big bathroom, including a bathtub and a delicious shower. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety for any taste.... but my son was a loyal customer of the Waffles station..... delicious according to him😀 . I will come back and I recommend it. Beautiful, spacious and clean hotel with excellent service. Booked using the Turkish Stopover program and it was well worth it. Access to public transport and the airport is quite convenient even with 1 big luggage but its location quite far from the typical touristy spots. The breakfast buffet was smaller than other Hyatt Hotels around the world but it was sufficient. A kid pooped in the pool whilst we were there and his family dispersed it within the waters but this was no direct fault of the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, especially for breakfast. They offered a variety of options at the bar. The hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we had a few negative experiences during our time at the pool. The staff kept coming over and telling us we were too loud, which prevented us from enjoying our time with our family in the locker room. At the close of the day, the mail staff arrived without our permission. We also had a birthday celebration in our group, and we asked the front desk to provide some accommodation for the birthday person. We had to remind them about it five times before they finally brought a small cake. The cake wasn’t tasty, and no one ate it. Overall, the rest of our experience was positive.
