Hyatt Regency Jacksonville

Yancey at the front desk is amazing. All of the staff are accommodating and very polite. I had a beautiful room facing the river. Elevators are a but of a challenge as there are so many of them and people don't pay attention if the car is going up or down. Toiletries in the bathroom had a bit of an odd herbal smell but were sufficient. Excellent pillows, crisp linen and plenty of places to charge electronics in the room.

I really enjoyed my time here. My room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The pool was nice, the bar had a great vibe, and the poolside bar was a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

The customer service I received from Yancy was absolutely unmatched! Yancy’s energy is so welcoming and I am thankful to have been met with his positive vibes upon my arrival. His assistance and care during check-in really made my short stay the best I’ve ever had at this hotel.
