I had a fantastic stay in the Hyatt Regency for 5 nights very recently. The hotel had a generally excellent standard, big rooms, amazing views, great food. Staff were great. James and Ryan in the bar were really great bar men! So expert at what they do and very chatty! As an Irish man, I appreciate a superb bar man, and this hotel has two! I’ll be back and I’d highly recommend !
Hyatt Regency is the finest of hotels. The customer service was superb. I had trouble with my online room booking from a 3rd party site and the manager Floyd was amazing at correcting the situation. His professionalism and dedication to the customer was clear. The rooms are well designed, clean and fresh. We had dinner at the restaurant- very good and again I can’t say enough about the service provided. Overall excellent place to stay in Jersey City
What an incredible location! Can get to anywhere from right outside the door of the hotel. Views are amazing from any room, any floor. The service was top notch and shout out to Candace who was so nice to my son who is very shy ..but he was not by the time we left. She helped with recommendations and was so friendly and patient.. what a great asset !A++
