Hyatt Regency Koh Samui

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here, long overdue as we had a stay during covid that was cancelled. It's a luxury but not "over the top" luxury property. It's literally 10 minutes from the airport so pretty convenient. The street that the hotel is on, there's not much to see within a 10 min walking distance (aside from taxi mafia) so you'll need to use grab to get places. Globalist treatment is decent, there is a lounge (rare for resort properties) but it does close early at 7pm. Beach is pretty nice but there isn't much sand anymore. Beautiful pools, but they close super early. Small critique is that some of the walkways are poorly lit at night requiring phone lights. But everything else is good and will definitely return.

I normally do not write reviews, but I decided to write one for Hyatt Regency at Koh Samui. My husband decided to take both my son and I here to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary and I’m so glad he did!! This place took our breaths away. Everything was just so clean and so modern looking. The lobby itself was one of the best highlights of this vacation. The staff welcomed us so warmly and made us feel like family there and they are also soooo accommodating!! Top customer service is a big deal to me and this hotel and the staff nailed it. We didn’t run into any issues at all and we find the food here amazing and they offer a good variety of options. We will definitely come back again!!

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cod next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!
