Our stay was so short but we were so well taken care of by front desk, grab and go & George and Brian at Drift. Food and drinks were amazing and exactly what we needed. We are looking forward to coming back and staying longer to enjoy the pool and the area. It is away just enough to feel the sereneness of the property. Excited to see the team again and enjoy a longer stay next time around. Thank you for making my birthday so special!
Room was a tad smelly Service was great and accommodating Location you have to drive everywhere basically “Service fee” was absolutely WHACK thought I was paying $30 less a night. Add $30/night to your stay. Maybe it’s in their fine print but I ordered the hotel using a credit card rewards program thing. Parking was okay because we got a street spot every night. If you don’t it’s expensive. Pool and bar area is awesome. Breakfast restaurant is good.
We definitely won’t be staying here again. Between the uncomfortable beds, a bathroom door that didn’t work and cold room service, it definitely wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. The beds were so uncomfortable my back hurt every day we were there. They were insanely hard, and I’m someone who appreciates a firm mattress. The bathroom door absolutely refused to open and kept coming off the hinges. I got trapped inside the bathroom at one point, which was not a fun experience. We ordered room service one night and the whole meal was delivered cold. When we called down to ask about it they were nice enough to remake the food and bring it up very quickly. However, when they brought the food up they only redid half of our order. So my husband got to eat dinner and I just went to sleep hungry (I was over it at that point). I’d also like to note that room service comes from the small cafe at the front of the hotel, not the restaurant. The elevator in the hotel is programmed to pick up everyone, so every time you get in, it stops at Every. Single. Floor. Which means if you stay on one of the middle floors you’ll have to call the elevator multiple times, since they keep showing up already full. Everything was uncomfortable enough that we were happy to leave at the end of our vacation. We most definitely won’t be back, and will be sure to avoid Hyatt hotels in the future.
